5:30pm: | Yahoo, it's run time! Our first run will be on the cabin loops to give everyone an opportunity to check out the property. |

8:30pm: | Counselor Michelle will go over trail running basics with us. Camp Director Josh will then review the weekend. This all takes place in White Pine Lodge - the same room as dinner. |
9:30pm: | Outdoor party night! We'll have tiki torches, lights, and more to enjoy a fun evening outside. |

9:30am: | Learn about the elements of a general running training program. This is not trail running specific. |
10:30am: | We have professionals on-site to provide massage and more. This service will be available for nearly all of camp with their exact hours of operation provided on-site. |
10:45am: | Core & Spine Activation & Stretching with Samara (to 12:15) |
12:35pm: | Lunch served in White Pine Lodge |
1:30pm: | Head on down to Dippikill Pond. Jump in, grab a kayak, or simply bring a book and relax by the water. |
1:30pm: | Mindful Running Techniques with Samara (1 hr) |
2:45pm: | Pilates with Theresa |
3:00pm: | Drills Clinic with Coach Dick |
4:00pm: | Test out your proprioceptive skills as we practice form and technique on a short hill section. We will be practicing running both up and down the hill. |
5:15pm: | Core, Spine, and Shoulders Restorative with Samara |

7:45am: | This run is for those looking for a special challenge sure to burn the quads. You have the option of getting bused down to the Hudson River or running there and then taking on the challenge of the dirt access road that leads all the way from the Hudson River back up to camp. The Great Hill Climb is 1.5 Miles and rises about 830'. We then wait for everyone to finish and run the 2 miles back to the lodge. Strava Data |

10:15am: | Join Michelle Merlis to learn about what Skyrunning is and the International Race Series she is competing in. |
11:15am: | Get those cameras ready because you're heading up Dippikill Mountain! This hike will take you on most of Sunday's Froggy Five course and features a plentiful variety of types of terrain. Boxed lunches will be made available. You will also get a chance to dip your feet in Dippikill Pond upon your return. Total hike time approximately 2:15. |
